At first, it was a little difficult to find where the hearing test was taking place, as there wasn’t much guidance on where to go. However, once I found the place, everything went very smoothly.

Millie McNeil was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to explain everything clearly and examine me properly, and she was extremely friendly and caring throughout. You can really tell that she genuinely cares about helping people.

Overall, a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend Millie.

Lovely knowledgable and helpful assistants and a wide range of hearing aids on offer.

They book appointments then cancel on the last minute. They have done this 4/5 times.

Fitted me in at short notice and gave very clear explanations.
