no toilets
The Lady who delt with my hearing aid fitting delt with it in a very professional manner. Much to our satisfaction . However the whole thing was spoiled as there are no Toilets for the public on the premises ! As many of your customers are in in the older age group I think this can be stress full dispite the assurance of the lady doing the fitting. Anne Anderson.

Daniella was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. Although getting through to someone on the phone to change my appointment took about 25 minutes which wasn't great. Otherwise all very good.

Staff took the time to explain…
Staff took the time to explain everything thoroughly and I felt they had conducted a very thorough assessment of my hearing difficulties. I did not feel pressured into purchasing any specific product.

Super efficient service . I waited 18 months and rang endless times to get hearing aids that didn’t work from the NHS

My ears had been bothering me for a while so I visited Boots Hearingcare in Carlisle. Martin was extremely helpful and offered me a wax removal appointment. He cleared the wax out of my ears and made me feel at ease during the process. Martin was very polite and professional and provided excellent service, thank you
