Felt at ease from the start wasn't directed to select most expensive aid, everything thing was explained in full detail

I have been using hearing aids for ten years now and my recent test at with Jonathan at Boots ,Chelmsford, was the most comprehensive ever. Far more technology than I has ever been used on me than before to ensure I had the right aids for my level of deafness. Highly recommended
