The whole testing and information that was given was very good

Richard is always clear, professional, friendly, patient & positive in his earwax appointments. Yesterday he diagnosed probable ear infections. He explained it all & showed me the images of inside my ears. He gave me copies of these & a letter for the GP. I took these this morning & the doctor prescribed treatment which I have now started & hopefully will resolve the issue. An excellent consultation.

Best hearing consultancy we have ever had I am 80 and my wife is79 so we have had many.Resulted in ordering new hearing aids to replace NHS issues ones improvement so far is huge

Had to take my elderley disabled mum to see REBECCA in Chesterfield for a comprehensive hearing test. Rebecca was absolutely superb in every possible way. Professional, knowledgeable and kindly sympathetic to my mum's special needs. Everything was very clearly explained to mum;- each step of the procedure, the possible outcomes/findings and the options to assist mum based on the tests. As soon as Rebecca had completed her examination, she fitted mum with demonstration hearing aids. My mum was truly astonished at the instant improvement and cried with joy. This WILL undoubtedly change and improve the quality of mum's life. Bespoke hearing aids have been ordered. Thank you to Rebecca ( + Katie and Pam for their assistance too) You were totally exemplary in everything you did for mum. THANK YOU !!!!

I had my ears syringed today by a lovely man called Richard, he was very gentle and caring, kept me calm through out the whole process. Ive had my ears syringed many times over the years, and thats the best ive experienced.

I was pleased with the treatment I was given,the ladies at Chesterfield store, we're very good.
Looking forward to using my new hearing aids when I go to my next appointment.

Really helpful staff, put my mum at ease. Mums 87yrs was not looking forward to the experience at all. Richard a fine audiologist in the making, took time to explain what was happening with care and compassion. The outcome a new mum and granny with a new least for life now she can hear us. I have had two appointments, so far, with Rebecca. On both occasions I felt that I was being dealt with by a professional, who wanted to accurately assess my hearing loss and provide the most appropriate solution. I haven`t felt under pressure, and feel that I am being well looked after. The appointments are a very enjoyable experience.
