Excellent communication, from start to finish. I had worried about getting hearing aids and I wish I’d known how easy it would be. Kevan was such a help. He was professional, but also he explained things in a manner which was easy to understand. Trying the hearing aids was useful and the booklet with all the details in was clear, helping me to make a decision I came away very satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you
