Everybody has been so welcoming not to mention friendly, attentive and extremely professional. The knowledge and advice from the audiologists has been second to none, and all in all, it has been a new and pleasent experience.

My husband and I recently visited the new Boots Hearing Centre in Ealing. From the beginning our experience was very good. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and reassuring, and the new facilities are excellent. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase, but felt able to make my own decision in my own time. The aftercare provided was comprehensive, and I now have hearing aids which I feel very comfortable with. Thank you Boots.

I went to the Boots hearing care in Ealing and was very satisfied with the professionalism and care shown by the staff there. The service on offer is very flexible and you have time to make sure that you are happy with your hearing aids. The aftercare service seems good too.
