Hearing test - boots in farnham
Had to go to Boots in Farnham for hearing test. Looked after by a gentleman called Martin who was excellent. Extremely helpful, answered all my questions and explained everything brilliantly. He made a very stressful situation easy/comfortable to deal with.

This was a very thorough examination…
This was a very thorough examination done with care and sensitivity. I was even asked if I suffered from claustrophobia before going into the cubicle. Martin managed to be friendly as well as professional which put me at ease. So important when this is a first experience.

The experience was clear and precise about the use of the Phonak hearing aids being purchased.
Martin, gave a very good explanation about their use, and had a nice friendly way, so made me feel quite relaxed.
