An exceptionally helpful & knowledgeable experience with the hearing aid professional. Couldn't have asked for any more help. First visit picked out the hearing aid required and a week later back to pick it up, ready to use.

We waited 45 mins b4 got tested we now there and on time still waiting will update if decide to edit

The Audiologist put me at ease, asked exactly what I found hard to hear. I had a thorough hearing assessment and was told what was happening each step of the way. The Audiologist then told me what type of hearing aids would be best for me then helped me pick a pair and accessories to suit my budget.

The audiologist was very helpful but I have cancelled my order. I asked to try other cheaper hearing aids but was told that the only ones available were the most expensive ones. On reflection I decided that this was unacceptable and as I only have mild hearing loss I would like to try other cheaper options.

Kechi the Audiologist at the Gravesend branch was approachable and friendly, she made me feel relaxed and at ease through the assessment process. She explained everything very thoroughly which gave me confidence.
