Pathetic. Appointment cancelled twice within 2 hours of appointments. No one to speak to at Boots Freshney Place Grimsby.

I had three visits with the hearing assessment team and appointments were to my convenience and on time. They explained what to expect and I felt relaxed and confident in every visit. I wii be seeing them again for fitting the chosen hearing aid. I am extremely satisfied and recommend them strongly to my family and friends.
