The young lady at Lichfield shop was…excellent.
The young lady at Lichfield shop was really friendly and certainly knew what she was talking about. Everything was explained to me at the start , the hearing test was comprehensive and results explained .when it came to picking which aid was best for me she listened what I wanted then steered me in the right direction which was best for my situation and cheaper. Really looking forward to the fitting. So far glad I went to Boots.

The test was conducted professionally
The test was conducted professionally. Well explained and the various options offered. The office environment was pleasant and I did not feel over-stressed. The prices quoted for the devices was not necessarily the cheapest but were reasonable. I had no problems or issues.
