I have had Boots hearing aids for more than four years. Recently I went for my yearly check up and was delighted at the knowledgeable and thorough check up I had from Paula at Martlesham Heath. Informative, friendly and extremely helpful, I was most impressed.

Paula! Both the initial hearing test, and the subsequent fitting of aids, dealt with excellently. Friendly but professional. I felt very confident about proceeding with what is an expensive purchase. All questions answered thoroughly. I was given the opportunity to practise maintenance requirements. A vastly different service from the company previously used. Thank you Paula.
