I walked into Boots Hearing care in Merry Hill Dudley as I was having trouble pairing my hearing aid to the app. I didn’t have an appointment but Diane working on the front desk was so helpful and sold my problem thank you Diane.

I have visited the boots hearing centre three times in the last two months. The hearing specialist Katie is very knowledgeable about the hearing aids she has answered all my questions relating to my hearing aids .she easy to approach and speak with and is friendly and helpful.

I have had 3 sets of the phonak hearing…
I have had 3 sets of the phonak hearing aids plus 3 moulds for various reasons, but the attention and support I have received from the audiologist has been good ensuring I get the best from the hearing aids.
