Great experience.
Great experience from booking easily online to my actual appointment. Gary explained everything so clearly, the test was thorough and very simple. I had my old hearing aids on the NHS over 15 years ago and hadn’t been checked since. I was shown the different aids and their prices but the was no pressure to buy. I chose the ones I wanted and have now had them fitted and am extremely happy.

The friendly and professional manner that the audiologist went about explaining the testing procedure and the analysis of the data gathered by the tests put me at ease.
Similarly he dealt with my questions with understanding and clear factual answers.
