Boots Hearingcare - Peterborough Opiniões

The honest and helpful approach and the good sound advice given

This was my first time having a hearing test. Everything was nice and easy. Everything was explained to me in detail as to what was going on.

Good experience helpfully staff

Professional and helpful

Both my hearing tests were carried out by a very professional and pleasant person. I hope when my hearing aids are fitted they will make a big difference to my life.

The hearings tests were very thorough and the lady explained everything in details. I was very happy with her knowledge and service.

Having retired @ 72 from managing works on building sites the first 2 years my hearing deteriorated-so in last 12months my wife witnessed TV volume going up & continually requesting people repeat or saying “sorry”
I decided to make an appointment & was shocked I have 38% hearing loss
Service was professional & precise for 75mins & subsequent visit for fitting & instructions on hearing aid care (platinum range selected”

The audiologist was excellent. However the costs of the hearing zids were not truly explained.I have bought aids that I really cannot afford.Too much emphasis put on pushing the more expensive models.

Excellent staff (audiologists): professional, understanding and sympathetic to my situation.
Everything was explained clearly and helpfully.

taking time to do test no rush thanks

From the very in-depth hearing test through to the various hearing aid options everything was explained fully and easily understood. The audiologists are very professional.

Veena at Boots Peterborough was really caring and understanding and talked us through the whole process as this was something quite new to us and a sensitive subject for my husband to deal with. He is now quite excited to get his new hearing aids as he has now realised how they will enhance his life.

I'd already researched hearing aid providers and Boots came out with very favourable reviews - now I can see why. The two hearing tests I had were very thorough and carried out really professionally. I was given clear and detailed explanations about the condition of my hearing and the possible solutions. The hearing aids recommended have (so far) proved to be the best I have ever worn. There's a follow-up session already booked in and Boots thoughtfully sent me an email with useful tips and links to videos showing how to clean the hearing aids and change the wax filters. I should add that the Boots colleague I met was excellent in the way she conducted the meetings and gave me confidence she was fully committed to ensuring I had all the facts so I could make an informed decision.

She was very thorough with her explanation and treated me as a person !!

My Audiologist at Peterborough, Veena, is the best Audiologist I have seen so far. Tuning my hearing aids has been carried out to a very high level.
Thank you to all concerned.

I had a very good experience with a friendly young lady (sorry, forgot name)
She carried out extremely thorough test, made up the prescription & helped me choose exactly what l needed! Thank you! 😊

The audiologist, Zeena, was superb. Very knowledgeable with an easy and friendly yet professional manner. I was guided through a comprehensive test of my hearing followed by an explanation of the results. The decision to buy was not difficult and made easier by the offer available on the day.

Just a great experience, with Veena treating me kindly and explaining the process carefully all the way through.
