I booked my first appointment on line…
I booked my first appointment on line which was easy to do. I was seen on time and the whole process explained to me in detail.
The thorough 75 minute hearing assessment was 3 weeks later. Again I was seen on time with the Audiologist who set me up with temporary hearing aids to trial in the town.
The next day I was fitted with my new aids which are comfortable and a vast improvement, and I know that if I have any problems I just need to pick up the phone. At all times the Audiology team were very pleasant and took time to ensure that I was happy with the service.
