This is a mixed review. I had previously had an appointment with the Bridgend branch, and they cancelled on the day. As a result, I was reluctant to book a further appointment in Bridgend.
I booked an appointment with the audiologist in Port Talbot. She was great and I ordered a pair of invisible hearing aids. However the appointment to have them fitted tomorrow has been cancelled, which is so disappointing. I rearranged work commitments. I am hoping that the rearranged appointment will not be cancelled.
