I was able to easily make an appointment on line that suited me. The audiologist was very friendly and explained everything that the examination entailed very clearly. She then managed to make an appointment for an in depth hearing test for the same day. My hearing aids were fitted and everything only took about 2 hours

Fantastic Service
Recently had a hearing test with Lizzie she was excellent.Explained everything in a clear and concise way and didn’t rush me at all.
I’ve now got hearing aids and they are great. Should have made an appointment sooner I can hear so much clearer than before.

Information received from Kirsty was comprehensive and easy to understand. She listened to the issues I was having with my hearing and came up with some options. She also explained why I would be better suited to certain aids as opposed to others and that I was under no obligation to buy any.
