Very satisfied with the hearing care I received, but the minus point is that your shop in Market Place in Rugby has 2 flights of stairs to access the hearing department, my wife found it impossible to accompany me to the appointment,

Permanently on hold, trying to ring as my father has spent the weekend unable to hear as one aid is permanently on red when in the charger.

The hearing aid was very good and has made a difference to my mum's quality of life.
Secondly, the staff member who set it all up, Gayathri, was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She was very patient and very knowledgeable.

Very professional service, been having free hearing tests since 2015 tried my first hearing aid in 2017 couldn’t get on with them , very tiny sound to me so didn’t bother with one. Obviously hearing doesn’t improve with age so went for the Gold option just recently,already I’m not even aware I have them on from a comfort point of view. I can watch TV without the rest of the family sitting down at the other end of the lounge. Looking forward to Christmas/New Year with family and large groups where I usually suffer most,miss out even a true test as anyone with hearing lose will tell you 🤞.But the best bit you can play / experiment with the setting s and even if you mess it up as soon as pop it back on the charger it reverts back to its saved settings. Ready for me to mess it up the next day.

This is more about the replacement of my hearing aids.
It is about the service that Kelly Williams gave me, I have/had a problem with my aids that could not be fixed, even though Kelly did try via emails, after lots of emails. replacement aids was to be the best option. The service that Kelly gave was marvellous,100%. No-one could have given better service and help. I believe that there was some help via Gayathri Ganesh from the Rugby hearing care centre. between these two ladies, the problem has been resolved.
