Great solution
I was impressed by the thoroughness of the testing and the result. Admittedly I had been told to expect the best. I was offered top of the range and was expecting that. The solution was so good that I was not interested in a cheaper offer. The young man doing the testing was very impressive.

It's really good this day and age to find a company that actually takes care and pride in it's service.
Very attentive technicians, who go out of their way to give you the best service with the best products.

Professional and excellent service
Professional and calm approach to explaining the test arrangements and also interpretation of the results. Demo of the benefits of the hearing aid adjusted to my personal settings was very effective.
