She outlined the products on offer and, again, explained very clearly what each one offered. So far the aftercare service has been above reproach.

It was the way I was greeted-and nothing was to much trouble to help me understand the things about the new earring aids I had purchased hopefully my earring will improve no fun people around you having to repeat themselves because you don’t hear what they are saying thanks again satisfied customer

lack of confidence
I am still not confident that I definately require hearing aid but I could not find that my reasoning was understood. I thoght an audiologist whould have been more interested in listening to my wider concerns. Instead, it appeared more important to get me to spend circa £3,000 on a device I was uncertain about. I am giving the device a fair try but pretty sure I will be seeking a refund.
