Alia Hathaf is exceptionally good !
Normally use the Boots Opticians on Carmarthen Road but due to flood damage had to visit the one in the Quadrant. Alia Hathaf was exceptionally good, both my husband and I have never had such a good test and will attend there from now on. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with Felicity she explained everything to us about the earring aids.So we decided to purchase them next Friday16 th May.very professional service and lovely manner dealing with people.we would recommend Boots hearing centre to ur friends and family .Last pair was Purchased 6 years ago with Celtic Hearing in Swansea .

Professional and welcoming from start to end
Welcoming even though I was early for my appointment. Laura was professional in a approach, constantly checking that I no issues during the test. Took her time to explain the need for hearing aid. Listened to my enquiry. Did not force me to agree to buying a hearing aid, like the other company.

The young ladies who carried out my hearing test was very professional and did a first class job on both of my hearing tests. Which resulted in me purchasing my first set of hearing aids. I have only been wearing them for a few days so far they are working well.

Excellent approach
Excellent knowledge, very friendly, made to feel at ease. The diagnosis by the optometrist was show with skill and care. Well done to Sophie, such a friendly attitude.

The man who attended to me - Paul - was very friendly and courteous, explained everything thoroughly about the test, results, various hearing aids, and was very good with my friend who accompanied me.
