Elaine has been brilliant from the first appointment. Elaine explains everything at my pace and very clearly. When Elaine realised my hearing aids were faulty, she dealt with it very quickly to get them replaced. 10/10

Hearing improvement
My hearing has been deteriorating alongside extensive medical treatment. The new hearing aids are the latest technology and the programs will be reviewed and updated on a regular basis. Good professional service.

I had my ears tested this week and I was very impressed by the amount of time spent with me and the different tests done during my visit. I am very hopeful that the hearing aids I have ordered will enhance my life. I have found it very difficult in the past to hear people properly and feel that I missed out so much on my life.
