I've got to that age when things start going wrong and, after having problems hearing my elderly mother at times, I took advantage of the free hearing test. Before that was undertaken Rebecca identified a wax problem and advised, without any pressure, that this may be the problem. She cleared the wax for a reasonable charge and the hearing test afterwards showed my hearing to be good. I certainly noticed the difference and am confident the problem was resolved.
Very friendly and knowledgeable service, I would highly recommend.
(Also delighted the overbearing air freshener seems to have toned down 😉)

After being a customer for 5 years i found that some of the staff especially younger ones to be very curt and talk rubbish to cover their own actions..one particular staff member is very rude and she says things to put the customer off ..and a lot of staff ignore the customer yes gain eye contact but quickly go to another job..the job is to be there for the customer..and if you have cds on your prescription they can't help you until after 9.30 but no signs to say that. .I will definitely not be returning to boots like many people i know

Product a little pricey

Wanted to buy Alli weight loss tablets. stated my BMI is above the criteria and diagnosed pre diabetic and also already had 2 heart attacks.
The assistant went to speak to the Pharmacist. Who said no because they "will interfere with my Ramipril and Statins".
Well I've looked it up in the BNF (yes I have one!) and as I thought, there are no contra indications at all. Sounds like she either likes playing God, couldn't be bothered Or maybe a bit of re-training might be an idea?!

I had a great experience, I was informed about everything I need to know, I was made to feel at ease about my hearing and the use of my aids, all round it was brilliant

Wow should you find this place you are Lucky.... and if you use the Service you are Very Lucky... Yes... they will sort you out... but much credit to the way the Service is presented ... VERY customer orientated friendly and exceptionaly efficient.... BIG Thanx Rebecca.... all good
