Was nervous before the hearing test but the audiologist Carolina was kind and professional which gave me confidence. She explained everything very clearly including pros and cons of different hearing aids for me.

The technician who carried out my tests explained things in lay man's terms to make it understandable & give me confidence to start wearing aids.
My NHS hearing aids gave me sensory overload, to be able to wear the boots hearing aid & to go out for a coffee was great & made me realise how much I miss when in busy environments.

Excellent client empathy, explanation of hearing loss progression and clarity of process, all shown on-screen.
Good test-drive of sample hearing aids then clear brief on first fitting. I did express some concern over irritated ears feeling as though they were on fire which may have been coincidental. Another check on devices scheduled for next week. Very good service.
