1. My thanks for the splendid customer experience you gave me 3 days ago when I had my usual annual hearing test after a delay of 3 years!
2. First you greeted me on time with a charming welcome and then administered the hearing test without delay. Next, you provided a clear and professional analysis and explanation to me (an 80+ client) so that I could see and fully understand the changes in my hearing which had happened in the past four untested years.
3. You then made recommendations on future action and offered me a choice of 3 different appointments.
Huge thanks for the excellent examination and total client experience given by an awesome and accomplished graduate healthcare professional.

Halleema Rasheed, Audiologist at Boots Windsor, went above and beyond to sort out my hearing or lack of it, love my hearing aids, nobody knows I'm wearing them, I can hear so many sounds I'd forgotten.
