Boots Hearingcare - Witney Opiniões

Helen was kind and very helpful

Helen was extremely knowledgeable and the examination was really thorough. She answered all questions and gave a lot of good information. I would strongly recommend a Boots Audio test

Most helpful and a friendly and positive approach.

Helen in the Witney Office was absolutely amazing, explaining the whole process very clearly and the service was great. Looking forward to my fitting service tomorrow

Awful after service when something is wrong.
Bought two and one doesn’t have the part that was paid for… so asked for a replacement of it before Christmas… not one further appointment or attempt at correspondence from boots. I went in once and was told to email them… and I have done so and got no response from them. It’s left me frustrated, because all they want is a sell… the aftercare, goes… and you are left even if isn’t good enough.

We were very pleased with our appointment with John. He was very informative and answered all our questions and explained everything very clearly.

It was very through and very professional and I was made to feel very comfortable and I feel Jon was very helpful

The service that was provided was excellent. I’m really looking forward to getting my new hearing aids.

Jon was so thorough my and helpful.
I am super pleased with my new hearing aids.

Happy with Bethany explaining aids.
Witney Oxfordshire
Gave me confidence to just go out and try them .

Bethan explains everything very clearly and is a very
pleasant young woman who is always helpful and
Professional in her attitude.

The advisor, Bethan, is extremely helpful and kind, and made the whole experience from testing to fitting feel straightforward and positive.

Friendly very helpful visit felt comfortable

First class expertise and excellent advice

Bethan was very professional and clearly explained everything. She has made the whole process easy.

Everything was handled well and clearly explained. The test results were displayed and gone over. One a hearing aid was decided on the options were gone through and a suitbale option chosen

Boots support sent me a booking date and time that was different to the booking I had made with Bethany at Witney. Confusion!

Went to get my hearing tested because I thought it was getting bad. Met Bethany from Boot Hearing. She was a very bright and happy lady who made the whole test easy to do and understand. Results show I have hearing loss in the higher frequency ranges and hearing aids will help. Bethany gave me a demo pair programmed for me and I walked around the local shops. I was amazing the difference it made.
