Still waiting for delivery (not a problem, it was expected) But there was a problem with the payment system (third party) but boutique camping fixed it immediately.

Bell Tent 5m Plus
Great spacious and easy to put up tent, taking down is quite easy too! Quick delivery and great info on the website.

We recently purchased the Bell Tent Plus and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish.

The quality is immediately noticeable. The materials feel premium, the finish is clean, and the upgraded design without traditional guy ropes makes a big difference. It looks more refined and is much easier to set up.

It’s also a great upgrade from the Classic Bell Tent. The improvements in structure, stability, and overall usability are clear, especially if you’ve used the standard version before.

Once pitched, it feels solid and secure, even in less favourable weather. You can tell it’s been designed for real use, not just looks.

Overall, this feels like a premium product that justifies its price. If you’re deciding between the Classic and the Plus, the upgrade is definitely worth it.

We recently used the Nova Air Tent and it completely changed our camping experience. Setup was incredibly quick and straightforward — no poles, no stress, just inflate and it’s done in minutes. The structure feels solid and secure, even in wind, which gave us real confidence compared to traditional tents.

Inside, the space is generous and well thought out. Plenty of room to stand, move around, and actually relax rather than just sleep. The airflow is excellent, and the overall finish feels premium — it genuinely feels more like a glamping setup than a standard tent.

What stood out most is how practical it is. Packing down is just as easy as putting it up, and everything feels built to last. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design.

If you want something that removes the hassle from camping while still giving you that outdoor experience, this is a good choice.

What initially started as a little bit of an inconvenience, where we received a wrong item in an order, quickly turned into one of the easiest and most helpful resolutions to the issue. No posting back of the wrong item was needed; collection was arranged for me. The new item will be sent out when available. Its refreshing when a company has genuinely helpful customer service. The Bell tent we received looks incredible, and the quality feels a whole level above anything we have had before.

We needed the shipping to be delayed by a week due to a family emergency - the staff were so quick to respond to emails and shipped the tent exactly when we needed it. Everything arrived well packaged, and we are so thrilled with our purchases.

Delivered super fast, packaged well and the tent is great! Instructions were easy to follow with YouTube videos making the process simple.

I bought the pizza oven 3 years ago and my husband broke the pizza stone accidentally almost instantly but we managed on. Then when we were repainting the oven he accidentally broke both glass panels. We were so pleased to find the parts we needed were still available and could be shipped instantly. We received them the next day and could enjoy our first pizza this year in our refreshed pizza oven! It's unusual to find a company that continues to sell the same model and its components 3 years later. Whilst we've had some rust on the oven itself we've managed to use rust remover and heat resistant paint to make it look like new. Very pleased with our purchase and the replacement components! Boutique camping gets 5 stars, husband gets 1 star!

Great company - easy delivery, well packaged. Haven’t got the tent out just yet but really excited to see it. The customer service operator I was speaking to was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Had a bit of a kerfuffle related to an issue with their dispatch centre with the wrong item being sent three times, but we worked through it and now it shouldn’t be an issue for anyone else ☺️
