Easily the best customer service I have received. I asked for a pre-order to be urgently sent prior to leaving to holiday and the team assisted throughout. Unfortunately the item didn't fit my tent but the team were willing to sort a refund and return quickly. Always responding quickly and politely

The customer service I received is outstanding. The products are well made , good quality and so easy to use. Delivery has been prompt and seemless. I could not be happier with my classic bell tent. A truly happy customer. Looking forward to many happy outdoor adventures ❤️

Beautiful rainbow tent good quality

Perfect size and height for camping. Shame the top of table is made from MDF wood as it deteriorated quickly on corners after first camping trip.
Beautifuly painted, great craftmans ship just shame the whole table isn't made from solid wood. Super quick delivery by the way can't fault that.

Didn't get instructions with the curved canopy. Can someone get I touch and email me them?

Rapid delivery of a really nice quality tent at a fair price.
I have used a stanfard bell tent for many years and really appreciate the extras like the zip in groundsheet, windows that do up on the inside and secondary mozzie proof doors.

Amazing!! Fast delivery, helpful if you need to call support. The bell tents are so well made and replacement straps are so much better than the ordinary guy ropes. That said their ordinary guy ropes are such good quality as well so win win!

We recently received our Bell Tent Plus and couldn’t be happier with it. Delivery was incredibly fast, and everything arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

The tent is very well made, with excellent build quality throughout, and it was straightforward to pitch with two people. The webbing strap system is a great feature and works much better than traditional guy ropes.

We’re absolutely delighted with our purchase and can’t wait to get plenty of use out of it this summer. Highly recommended!

The tent is very good and looks very comfortable. Still waiting to fully test it out and can't wait. There were few minor issues but the tram at Boutique Camping was absolutely amazing and resolved it promptly. Higly recomend.

I love the website of BC, it looks great and is intuitive. I order my tent back in January, On Sale. The inner tent was on back order until June. Kevin in the warehouse said keep the email thread and get back to them then and they will honor the sale price and the postage. Come June, I contacted Kevin and they said sure go ahead as they said they would. I added some more things to order but then botched it and had to make a change - no problem for BoutiqueCamping, they amended the order. I havn't recieved the order but I am glowing with the positive experience I had dealing with BC. They show they respect customers.

The log burner/pizza oven is sturdy and well made, it works as it should with no smoke escaping, flue works great. Delivery was faster than stated. Price was good value. Oven gets to 400 celcius with 2 logs. No need to over load. Radiant heat is hot so needs correct placement away from combustables or suitable shields in place. Cooking on top I have not tried but it did not boil my camping kettle on top but they have a water heater adaptation for that on the sides as these get hotter. Nuts and bolts supplied were a bit fiddley and some were unusable however there were some spares and I adapted a couple.

First of all, my mistake for not reading stuff. I ordered several items from boutique camping, after a week of waiting, I thought id better check. I found one item I ordered was out of stock, and so my order was on hold, fair I understand that. When I e-mailed and explained my order was sent out without the one item, great, next day delivery. I was offered a refund but I decided to wait for the item. Tent trialled this weekend and fantastic, stove kept us warm as the evening went on. Boutique camping will be getting more orders of me, my tent will be the glampiest glamp tent out there. Also she's called Bella the bell tent.

Company doing good, delivery on time. Shame you didn't include pegs with tent protector.
Unfortunately delivery service not so good they do not read instructions regarding safe place, and throw items over the fence ☹️ which I know is not under your control.
