The awning came very quickly and has been a lifesaver for camping in hot weather. It was easy to erect despite the absence of instructions. The canvas, fittings and guy ropes are all good quality.

Great communication. Super fast next day delivery. One of the accessories purchased with the tent was faulty and boutique camping exchanged without any fuss along with next day delivery. Overall experience
We ordered several items at varying times and the customer journey has been great. The most important for me was delivery. These guys use dpd who are great. They give you an accurate time slot so it really is next day delivery and you don’t have to wait in all day and then find half the gear hasn’t been delivered! Really happy with the quilt of everything too. Very well thought company that deliver on their promises.

Superb service and product
Absolutely superb service. Very quick delivery of a 4m Star tent. It is superb! Very high quality, excellent design and easy to erect on my own. I have two large dogs and we went camping at Norman's Bay (South East UK coast) and it worked so well for all 3 of us. We met another camper who was singing the praises of their 5m Star tent from Boutique Camping that they have been using for a few years.
I'm looking forward to many adventures with this tent and the dogs.

Really good Quality stuff
Very prompt delivery and the tent is fantastic. The porch I bought for it is possibly a bit large for the 3 meter and probably goes with bigger tents better but it is doing its job so far. The ground sheet and half moon mat are also really good quality, I think I will try some of the other accessories.

A heartwarming retail experience!
I LOVED buying a tent from Boutique camping. It is not often that a problem (they were out of stock in the tent I wanted) becomes a pleasure, but Shaikh, responding to my plea was so kind, helpful and warm that it actually made me feel better about life in general!
The tent arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, all the communication was great and I very much look forward to putting it up this week and creating a rainbow haven.

Thrilled with our new Nova dome 4m…
Thrilled with our new Nova dome 4m inflatable tent. I set it up in the garden (on my own - too excited to wait for help) and it has exceeded my expectations.
Plenty of space for a double bed, table & chairs, odds & ends and two golden retrievers!
Spent a couple of great nights in here so far and looking forward to setting off on camping adventures.
3rd day in we had torrential rain and mad winds - the Nova just brushed it all off.
