My item came incredibly fast considering I'm overseas. This was a big concern after my last-minute decision to go to Burning Man. I did not imagine I'd be able to get it on the container truck with all my gear just 2 days later!

I spent quite a while trying to decide which would be the best bell tent for my camping needs. I sent quite a few emails to Kevin about technical details of the tents. He responded promptly each time and was very helpful. I then placed the order and my tent and inner tent were delivered in a few days. I am going camping for a week with my new tent. My Lunar 4m tent arrived the next day!!! It is really great and looks fab in our field. It’s Very well made, and incredibly heavy. It takes a long time to put up with 10 metal ribs and 25 or 30 guy ropes!- so I probably wouldn’t recommend for a camping trip where you are planning on moving around a lot!

We're now had our 285g/m2 poly cotton, single-door Tucana tent for 3 years and just back from our third 2-week long family camping holiday in UK. The exceptional quality of this tent persists. I've had to do no repairs and there is still not a stitch out of place. In particular, the zips (which are usually the weak point in my experience with other tents) all work effortlessly with no failures, there are no faults in the stitch work and the fabric remains fully waterproof. We've tested it in heavy rain and strong wind and remained warm and dry throughout.

Very speedy service. Super quick delivery. Love my Luna bell tent but found it very odd that that gap for the electric socket was at the front by the doors. I wrongly assumed that there would be an opening for a plug socket at the rear of the tent

I ordered a 3m Star Bell Tent - Oxford Ultralight and received within 2 days. All excited to try it out. I chose the 3m oxford light model as I need something small with lots of windows for airflow and no maintenance. Upon first pitch I discovered it only had 2 windows and not 4 as advertised. It does not state anywhere that the 3m only has 2 windows. Disappointed by the misleading advertising. However the overall quality is very good. along with tent you get spares, mallet and proper tents pegs. Not the cheap nasty useless pegs supplied by other brands.

Boutique camping did contact me and offered me an exchange to a larger bell tent with 4 windows at reduce cost, including free shipping. They did acknowledge that their website did not show the correct details for 3m model and are in process to correct it. 5 stars for customer support. You won't get this from other brands. The tent it self looks amazing and is easier to pitch up than tunnel/dome tents with loads of wobbly fibre tent poles that always break. Instead you get sturdy aluminium poles. We had some rain on the first night and experienced no visible water leaks.
