Had a few issues with my tent regarding the guy ropes leaving marks on canvas. The company were very interested in making this right and contacted me right away after they had seen my complaint. Delivery was swift, contact from company was with a real human, and they made effort to ensure I was a happy customer. Would recommend this company for buying camping goods to others.

Great stove, great service and very helpful

I bought the 6m tent fire retardant cotton 320GSM material and it was a great decision. I am more than happy, my customers love it and I'm in the process of buying 2 more models. Totally worth it and 100% recommended.

Service is outstanding! Ordered it and within 30 minutes it was shipped! Any queries were dealt with immediately. The only issue we had was with the delivery from DPD (not the fault of Boutique Camping). Boutique Camping immediately contacted DPD and I was updated with the status every step of the way. Products ordered haven’t been used yet as they are Christmas presents, but so far really impressed with the service!

These guys are lovely - spoke to them over phone and had great support for a small item that was such a minor sale it just goes to show how decent they are. We bought a double-walled flue to thread our chimney pipe through a bell tent - has been fantastic this year! Sorry for such a late review I rarely use Trustpilot.

Ordered a outside/camping log burner stove. Turned up a day before expected. Quality of the stove is very good, really solid construction and it came with a good carrying bag which I thought was an extra so very pleased with the product and the service. Definitely recommend this company.

Super quick service and response times for queries was also very quick.

Product arrived in just a couple of days and just waiting for a bit of dry weather to put up for the first time to test.

Fast , great product, it's for my little brick built log cabin I not tried it yet so sure if have probs you will sort ..be in next week or so
