The design of the item was as described, but the finish was poor & should not have been dispatched in that condition. As it was being given as a gift, it could not be returned in time. Disappointing.

We have received the parts of our order that were in stock very promptly and although we haven’t used them they all seem to be a high quality.
The greatest thing was the customer service. We ordered a bundle for a pizza oven and neglected to notice that some of the parts on the bundle were set at a default for the wrong burner. When we contacted Boutique Camping they sorted it all out free of charge very promptly and accepted full responsibility as they accept that the bundle should have been set to include the right parts. This may only be a small thing but it really shows high standards.
We will be ordering more in the future!!

I purchased a traditional wood burning stove to use on out allotment. Delivery was very quick, item well packaged and was in use that same evening. Defiantly recommend this company.

Item arrived punctually. Good service.

We have just spent a week touring the Outer Hebrides with our lovely new 4m Star Bell Tent. Whilst very heavy to move around it was very easy to put up and down (daily!) and stood up well to the rigours of the late September weather. Lots of room for 2 of us with our 2 dogs and associated paraphernalia. Ground sheet and the recycled half moon rugs worked well. Love it!!

Item arrived quickly and was well packaged. There was a part missing, but customer service were fantastic, sending me a replacement very quickly.

Use of website and ordering 4m bell tent was great we was going to book 1 on our camp site but then realised it was an extra £15 to buy 1. We brought the flooring as well and some blow up sofa beds so it's like a home from home.

I had problems checking out with shipping to Iceland. Sent an email to customer service and they fixed a quotation with shipping cost and a link to online payment. Got everything as expected within few days.
