I am very disappointed with my tree,I expected something spectacular for the price but it is nothing special,and to have the battery compartment and switch under the base is ridiculous. It is vastly over priced, a reasonable price would be £30. I would return it but had to dismantle the box to get it out without damaging it.

Poor quality jewellery thats made in…
Poor quality jewellery thats made in china...and constant mail... im talking 3 sale letters a week. I bought one gift and now I'm bombarded with mail even though I've requested no more. As of the 1st of April im still getting marketing mail off them.
I'll just start sending them back because ive asked several times for them to stop.

No back up unless you speak to someone who knows what the procedure is.
My husband purchased a Nightmare before Christmas table lamp. I am a big fan. It arrived and I was delighted and took pictures to send to relatives. I placed it in the bedroom in a safe place where it would be untouched. I decided I had better dust it. I use a paint brush to dust delicate or intracate items. It was then I noticed Jacks collar was broken off on one side. I didn't tell my husband because he would be annoyed he didn't notice. I checked the photos and could see it was broken when we got it out of the box. I checked the box, but there were no broken pieces in there. I contacted BE and asked if it could be repaired. They said they don't do this,showed no interest beyond that and ended the conversation. An expensive item that cannot be repaired and now has no value. A complete waste of money. Luckily my husband has no idea what the characters look like. I would buy a replacement, but the same could happen again. I also had my eye on some other items, but I think I will avoid this company as there is no back up if things go wrong. I contacted the company a second and spoke to someone who had a better idea of what to do. The item is covered by a warranty. They sent a replacement and accepted my return. Very helpful in the end.

I’m very embarrassed as I recommended your company to a relative who purchased 2 very expensive Xmas gifts for her family from Bradford Exchange I had purchased a gift for the same relative which cost £190 for Christmas present from Bradford Exchange just imagine the disappointment when all three items arrived with glaring visible faults and they were of awful quality we had to return for replacement after Xmas and one of the replacements arrived with even worse faults so exercise care when choosing your supplier and allow loads of time to avoid disappointments of this kind because goods are not checked before despatch

I have been buying both figurines and coins for several years via Bradford Exchange and have built up a strong relationship with them which has meant that if I have any issues at any time they have been resolved very quickly. Apart from being on their mailing list, if there is anything they think would interest me they will automatically call to let me know personally.

Incorrect pricing. Additional charges not agreed. Worst customer service I have experienced. Operate a 'one ring' return call policy where it is clearly designed to ensure you can not speak to customer service. Just avoid at all costs. Terrible business

Used PayPal pay in 3 but didn't realize…
Used PayPal pay in 3 but didn't realize it was just for first instalment. Also mail service deliver letters very late so my 2nd payment was overdue and they froze my account and charged me £7. Absolutely shocking behaviour, will not buy from them again.

I won't be buying from them again…
I was extremely disappointed that you pay £9.99 delivery and they don't supply you with tracking information. The item arrived, unbeknown to us and was put over the back gate. No card through the door. By the time we realised it was there (possibly a couple of days) it was sopping wet from all the rain. Not good with the amount you pay for the item and delivery. I returned the item and got a full refund
