Orders placed in the United States are handled separately by The Bradford Exchange US, including billing, shipping, and customer support. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to access or assist with US-based orders from the UK.

We strongly recommend contacting The Bradford Exchange US customer service team directly, as they will be best placed to investigate the shipping delay and billing concerns you’ve mentioned.
