Good but better communication needed
Order a present for Xmas, when ordering just said standard delivery left a couple of weeks and made contact via live chat agent said we'll it's 6 to 12 weeks for delivery, this wasnt a problem but could have been communicated better which then I wouldn't have needed to contact them.
Item has arrived and I am very happy with it.

Great service from the company. Poor service from the courier.
Quick and easy purchase. Great service and ultra fast delivery.
Item was well-packaged which is good as the courrier obviously used it as a football before leaving it out in the rain.

I would have given more, as I have ordered from here before and they have been outstanding.
However my recent purchase had problems which I wasn't aware of and if I hadn't have got in touch with Bradford Exchange I would be none the wiser.

Daughter's gift pendant
I received my order I placed after seeing an advertisement in a magazine for a daughters gift pendant. I loved it. The presentation showed a wide gift box containing the pendant and along side of it, displayed a poem card.
What I received was a small narrow cardboard box containing the pendant. Squashed up in the lid was the poem card that was almost unreadable (small writing). The box didn't close properly and was held shut with a cardboard sleeve. For £100, I expected better.
I did contact the seller and explained it was for a gift, I got offered a return but I wanted the proper gift box it was advertised with. I will never purchase from these again and certainly don't recommend them.
