Bought a medi smart watch, which the bluetooth connection to the smartphone failed after 9 months contacted customer services to be told that the warranty was 6 months, but they were unable to provide documented evidence on this to back up. Do not purchase from this company as they cannot be trusted in refunds and exchanges.

I tried to buy Micro Infini Ear Tips pack of 4 today at £2.95 for my very good Micro Infini Hearing Device which i purchased on the 02/06/21. I was shocked to discover you would charge £3.95 for delivery! Extortionate! I advise avoiding this product.

I bought the grass seed after seeing it advertised in the paper and I think its great. I placed my order online and the process went smoothly, was delivered in a few days and Im happy.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. Our Super Green lawn seed is hugely popular and works wonders with very little effort.
I'm not much of a gardener and my dog Molly regularly kills patches on my lawn! But all I have to do to fix it is water the patch well, lightly rake the area, and throw a handful of seeds over. It sprouts in a few days and within a couple of weeks I can't even tell where they patch was.

I only put one star because i couldn't enter the type screen without it. This is in relation to your supposed super deal offer on a pair of High Powered Binoculars. I suspected a scam when you gave some feeble excuse as to why you are giving these away at an amazing reduction of £100.00. It is sad when a company so desperate to make money would lie about a product to such an extent. if i could get up to the business address i would throw these binoculars through the window. 35 miles zoom? More like 35 inches because there is no zoom lever on this pile of crap to make the promise of distance a reality. I will do my utmost best to make all consumers aware of your scam. I want to swear at you but you deserve far worse. And thanks to you I will never shop with any online companies again that are not Amazon or Ebay. Sad crooked B**St**ds.

Bio Magnetic Bracelet
I bought two of these bracelets for my wife and myself and they proved to be totally useless with no therapeutic effect whatsoever. After only a few months of wear the bracelets became severely tarnished and left black marks on my skin which proved very difficult to remove. I was refused a refund, but they did send me two replacements which I suspect will be of the inferior quality. Definitely NOT recommended.

i bought an air purifier and extra filters from this place it broke less than 5 months after purchase i have sent 10 emails and forms from there website and no response absolutely shocking. shocking quality of product and abysmal customer service. i would strongly avoid purchasing from them

Shocking service.
I bought a cordless shaver, which developed a fault within 6 months. I made contact and the shaver was replaced, so ok. But when the second shaver also developed a fault, (different from the first), after two months of use, the company refused to change this time. Bad company, wouldn’t deal with them again.

We are very sorry to hear this feedback from you. It is certainly very unusual for two shavers to be faulty, and I am sorry you were not offered further assistance with the replacement shaver. Our normal practice would be for us to request that you return the product for our service team to identify the fault and fix, so I apologise that we did not offer that on this occasion.
