I've always found Brayleys Leatherhead first rate. Tina and Orla, with whom we have most contact, are very friendly, knowledgable and helpful.

Always very welcoming and helpful when you walk into the dealership. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable whether it is those on the front desk, the technicians or the sales people. It is good to be able to look at some of the cars without anyone being too pushy but who are very responsive when you have some questions.
In general the staff are willing to go the extra mile which is very refreshing in this day and age. Tina Thompson in particular always goes the extra mile and is extremely efficient, everything was organised and ready for me when I took my car in to be checked over recently. She is a valuable asset to the Brayleys business.

Took in for a service and mot. Was told I would get a video but didn’t. Just got a call saying there was a long list of faults and it would fail its mot unless I got them fixed. Said they could not do the work until the next day and asked if I could collect the car and bring back for the work to be done before the current mot ran out and they said no as it would fail the mot. The list of work was gobbleygook to me and they did not separate the essential work and add on items like air con servicing. They did not explain things and were totally unsympathetic. I needed a car to get to work the next day but when asked if there was a courtesy car they just said no. I have been using them for over ten years but now feel they are unhelpful and trying to make me agree to work that is not necessary at the moment. It would have been helpful if I could have collected the car and taken back before the mot expired to get the work done but they said that this was not an option.

The service was well organized with comfortable waiting area, with coffee. The wait was easy as I would not have got home before I needed to pick the car up. Booking process was easy and the lady was very helpful.
Igt was good to meet up with Glen again, Thanks for the coffee. The two ladies in reception were very helpful and explained everything to me.

Five stars for reception and service staff.
One off for message with my Wellness Check. I didn’t understand the technical terms (eg canister empty) so had to phone reception for an explanation.

My car was MOT’d and serviced promptly and professionally. A short video of the initial inspection of the car was surprisingly useful and reassuring. Orla on the front desk was friendly and thorough. I’ll definitely return. Thank you.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, as always, and the car received it's MOT certificate and a good clean.

Always great service. The annual service of my Honda HR-V was carried out very efficiently. I was very pleased to receive a video showing the condition of the tyres and the underside of my vehicle

Well I received the video about my car but at first I saw a message with urgent work needed costing £824!

I then watched the video and there was nothing dangerous or urgent that needed doing!
Apart from my MOT small advisory’s ball joint starting to perish dust covers that was all!!
So I am not happy that they tried to scare munger me into having this so called work done!
One of the quotes was a price of £200 for a radiator hose clip that had got rusty! Which doesn’t need replacing as it’s only surface rust!
Having the video sent I could hardly hear what the mechanic was saying due to the radio in the garage playing!

At the end of me asking why they gave me a bill of £824 for work that I refused I walked away with my MOT bill of £45!! Thank god I already had a payment plan! As how much would they try of charged me!! I will not be returning to the Leatherhead Honda garage!

Tina in the reception is always very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
The car was washed but the boot could have been vacuumed as was the case in past years. Small things that make a big difference in service.

I was very impressed with the level of service i received when my CRV was Mot'd and serviced at Leatherhead Honda. The team went through the options of extending the warranty and after careful review of the comparable third party roadside assistance costs I soon realised that the extended warranty with Hondacare assistance included was value for money so i signed up for a further three years, thank you Leatherhead honda, Mark B, Peaslake, Surrey.

Everything done re service andMOT efficiently. I was informed about all extras that required attention. Video of car care taken. However prefer to receive phone call from Brayley rather than message on phone.
