Had a problem with my car
Had a problem with my car. Reception managed to book it in the following day. I arrived at the appointed time, car problem fixed in 30 mins, perfect.
Only negative Labour charge @ £139, which seems excessive.

The team from start to finish were superb. They were helpful, knowledgeable and looked after us from the moment we walked into the showroom.

Bushy Honda is so welcoming
Bushy Honda is so welcoming, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, I no my car is in good hands at Bushy Honda. Also, the main reason for coming to Bushy Honda was knowing that the service manager Andy was there to make sure everything went smoothly because he is the reason why I always come back to Honda. Andy is the most kindest person you will meet, always treats you with respect and kindness.

Friendly, constructive and informative advice with no pressure.
I was very much put at my ease with the staff. Clarence was informative, gave constructive advice regarding my choice of car during my visits to the showroom and subsequently on the trial drive. I had not driven an automatic car before and I found the experience a comfortable and less stressful experience than I was expecting, owing to the empathy shown by all staff.

Great little dealership garage
Made me feel very at home while I waited for my car to be diagnosed and fixed. Mechanics swiftly diagnosed the problem with an exemplary narrated video as evidence. The team sought the most cost-effective repair. The front office team were great with information, friendly, professional and offered tips on other Honda-related matters as well as the current repair.

Very efficient and speedy service
Very efficient and speedy service. Brayley Honda carried out my repair very quickly, so that I could have my car back at the earliest opportunity. They still conducted a vehicle health-check which was also useful. Thank you on all counts.

Annual Service and Mot
very happy customer experience.
My Jazz was picked up and returned to me in a very clean condition.
Tina and Orla kept me informed as to what repairs were needed during the day. These were carried out very professionally,by the mechanics. I've had my car mot and serviced at this garage for 16 years now ,and have always been very happy with the level of service.
