Brickhouse immediately fixed issue with nano 7 extended battery connector, resulting in uninterrupted monitoring Mervin provided effective and efficient customer service accomplishing exactly what I wanted.

I bought 2 different units both hardwired to use on the cars we bought our granddaughters-teen drivers and let me tell you they are the best trackers ever. It lets you know immediately if the unit is ever unplugged and I love that. Customer service is great.

It has been very good to watch a person and the way they get across town this unit is perfect. The only thing I would change is the trip line yellow would be best …..

Great customer services

The unit works very well and is very easy to setup and install. The app is easy enough to figure out but it does take some learning, even from a technical person. I’d highly suggest a bit more UI/UX dev 🙂

Brickhouse is the best I have used thus far, with very accurate tracking like my device is beautiful, and the magnet is strong enough to place under your car without falling off I love it thanks, Brickhouse for the awesome service I am thrilled and will be a lifetime customer.

I was not able to login into the app after multiple attempts and Sam fixed it in a timely manner

The accuracy is great . Only thing that would make it better if it didn't have minute delays other than that it's great

This company delivers in every way. The products do what they need to and more. I have never lost service with any of my products. They are very precise and very rugged. I will be buying more products for sure. Not only is the product amazing but the customer service is excellent. Mervin was kind and patient and answered every question I had. My problem was solved in less than 5 minutes and I couldn't be happier.

With this system, customer service is always there.
I find this to be a great alternative to a car alarm system. Because if your car comes up, missing. you can use the tracker to find it, call the police. And get it back in one piece. Opposed to someone driving around with the alarm, blaring all night long and no one doing anything about it. It has a great number of features that I don't use. But what I love about it is the battery life. I think I've had it for two weeks. And it hasn't reach 70% yet. Which means I can charge it once a month. It's great, I really love it. I would sign this review but I don't want anyone to know that I have it on my car.
