Omg I cannot thank you enough for what your company does helping me retrieve my navigation system. I lost my SD card for my Prius navigation and I had no navigation at all. I tried calling multiple Toyota dealerships for help and could not get anyone to help me. I found you online but was a little worried it would not work. You got it to me quickly and BAM not only does my navigation system work it is updated. Thank you so much, you guys ROCK!

It does work at all. System does not find the Navi software. I bought a $20 Garmin card that works perfectly.

You explained your product in a very understandable way, and what I received matched what you promised.

Didn't have the correct SD option for my vehicle. However, I was refunded the money spent without any issues after shipping the product back. Customer Service takes time to reply, sometimes longer than the 24 hours they promote on their site but overall a positive experience. Would recommend to others.

I ordered an SD card for my vehicle and unfortunately it would not load. I reached out to Sam with customer service and we walked through everything... no luck.
Sam offered a refund or replacement. I chose the replacement. It arrived promptly and this new one worked! Great customer service! Thank you!

Great communication and the product worked

My Ford Explorer has Sync 2 in it and I purchased several aftermarket SD cards over time and I assumed that the system had just gone bad. I mean it's old! I took one last chance and purchased an SD card from here and now the navigation works perfectly! In fact, it works better than it did when I first purchase the vehicle!!! There is no lag at all and even the Travel Link is working properly!

As an after-market product, it meets my minimal requirements. "Latest Version" is inaccurate; update is for January 2025. SD card I received was blank. MazNavStore made good with refund. Buried it their website is the statement, "This is an aftermarket that will not be recognized in the Mazda Update Toolbox."

The SD card was shipped on time and arrived when expected. Unlike the SD card previously purchased on Amazon, the MazNavStore SD card works every time.
