Seit über 30 Jahren handeln wir mit Büchern. Begonnen hat alles als kleiner Fachbuchhandel in Berlin. Heute sind wir spezialisiert auf den An- und Verkauf gebrauchter Bücher. Noch immer liegt unser Fokus dabei auf den Kategorien: Fachbuch und englischsprachige Literatur. Hinzu kommen Bücher aus allen anderen Genres, wie Belletristik, Biografien oder Kinderbücher. Unser oberstes Ziel ist dabei die Weiterverwendung von Dingen und die Schonung von Ressourcen. Wir schenken Büchern ein zweites Leben.

Damaged book, no customer service
Ordered a book supposedly in good condition (according to description). The cover was half torn apart. It's a shame, especially when the book is not cheap and not easy to find.
Tried to write them on the website AND on the customer service email address : no answer.
Edit : as I said, I wrote to the customer service email address several times and gave my order number each time. Never got any answer.
If it is not the experience you wish for us, as you pretend, how about you try doing something instead of just answering disappointed reviews with automated messages ?

Très très mauvais
J'ai commandé 23 livres, j'en ai reçu 20, dont 11 dans un état catastrophique.
Livres juste mis dans le carton, aucune protection, pas de papier bulle, rien du tout.
J'ai contacté 3 fois le service client, aucune réponse pour une facture de 210€...
Je suis dégoûté.
Suite mon avis je reçois une réponse qui me dit désolé pas normal, cela ne correspond pas à notre suivi qualité, écrivez nous a l'adresse suivante nous ferons tout pour vous aider etc...
J'ai déjà envoyé 5 mails sans réponse !!!
Je viens de refaire un mail ce jour le 3 juillet. (Pour rappel ma commande date du 20 mai 2026).
Dans l'attente d'une réponse.

Anfangs top, inzwischen enttäuschend
Am Anfang hat der Support immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet, deshalb war ich zunächst zufrieden. Leider hat sich das inzwischen komplett geändert. Ich habe mittlerweile bei mehreren Bestellungen (insgesamt viermal) Probleme bzw. Fragen gehabt und trotz mehrfacher Nachrichten einfach keine Antwort mehr bekommen.
So ein Kundenservice ist wirklich enttäuschend, vor allem wenn man bereits mehrfach bestellt hat. Sehr schade, denn anfangs wirkte alles deutlich professioneller.

Buchpark, piacevole scoperta!
Raramente mi metto a scrivere recensioni ma questa volta mi sento in dovere, ed ho il piacere, di farlo.
Viste le tante recensioni negative presenti su questo sito ero davvero scettico a comprare dei libri usati, quindi l'ho fatto un pò per scommessa.
Ho acquistato ben 11 libri musicali per la mia bambina tutti classificati come good/very good conditions e con mia enorme sorpresa sono arrivati tutti e 11 in condizioni perfette, senza graffi, quasi pari al nuovo!
Se proprio devo parlare di un aspetto negativo sono i 17€ di spese di spedizione verso l'Italia, 17€... inaccettabile, oltretutto non è stata poi fulminea...
Quindi, 5 stelle! Tornerò sicuramente a comprare da buchpark, sperando in spese di spedizione più "umane".

Keine Reklamtion möglich
Ich habe Schallplatten gekauft und wollte eine davon reklamieren, weil der Zustand zu schlecht war.
Ich habe zweimal eine Nachricht geschickt und nie eine Antwort bekommen. Jetzt habe ich eine kaputte Schallplatte bezahlt und kann sie nicht zurückgeben.
Das ist eine schöne Art Reklamationen zu vermeiden. So kann man auch Schrott verkaufen. Nie wieder!!!!

Super schnelle Bearbeitung meiner Bestellung!
Ich habe über Booklooker bei Buchpark zwei gebrauchte Bücher bestellt und war sehr überrascht über die rasche Bearbeitung sowie Versand.
Donnerstag bestellt, Freitag im Briefkasten - Wahnsinn!
Auch der Kundenservice ist sehr gut. Schnelle und freundliche Rückmeldung.
Kontaktiert habe ich Buchpark, da im ersten Päckchen nur eins der beiden Bücher drin war. Da ich auch nur eine Sendungsverfolgung erhalten hatte, ging ich davon aus, dass das zweite evtl vergessen wurde, es kam allerdings einen Tag später an.
Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass es aus einem anderen Lager versendet wurde und daher beides separat kam.
Zustand der Bücher genau wie beschrieben, und faire Preise.
Gerne wieder :)

Finger weg von diesem Shop.
Wer sich viel Ärger ersparen möchte, sollte diesen Shop meiden. Ich habe ein Fachbuch in der aktuellen Auflage bestellt. Geliefert wurde mir die Vorgängerversion. Auf meine Reklamation kam ewig keine Rückmeldung. Jetzt geht es über PayPal Käuferschutz.
