My experience with John Robertson and his team was brilliant. I only required a window replaced which was over 9ft and misted. I was shown a catalogue of different styles of windows and given a very reasonable price for the style I preferred. John was so helpful and everything he said about time it would take to order and install was amazing. John came to make sure I was happy I could not thank all his team enough for their workmanship, cleanliness and friendliness I would recommend this company to anyone worrying about getting their old windows replaced I am so happy I found Budget windows and wish them all the best for the future . Delighted with our new windows. Fitting the whole house only took 2 days. Every room was left clean and tidy, a huge thank you to the scaffolders, window fitters and the lovely office staff who kept us well informed about the process . The windows are high quality and we can really feel the difference with how warm the house is now.

Super pushy salesman calling to try give me a quote. I don't want a quote from you thank you or else I would have rang you.

Worst thing is my number has been passed to them from another company they own who were also aggressively pushy when quoting. (you buy today or you pay 30% more when I walk out the door)

I would not use this company or any other company windows plus roofs own because of this. I want a quote valid for 30 days with my 30% discount you offer on the night and when *I ring you* not the other way around.

We had a smooth, easy and positive experience with Budget Windows from start to finish. We were communicated with every step of the way and Kim our coordinator was happy to answer any query we had. Our installers Johnathon and Michael were friendly, clean and tidy and did the best job. We are so so happy with our new windows, thank you 😊

From ordering the windows to completion of installation Budget Windows kept me informed at every step. The 2 installation chaps were on time, worked like Trojans and tidied up as they worked ,they did a great job. I also received a visit from the project manager during installation and a follow up call to confirm i was happy with the work at the end. I am very happy thank you to all involved

Had a really good experience with this company. On time, curteous, very easy to contact, informative and no sales pressure. I needed some building work included, and Chris who came out was friendly, chatty and for the first time I didnt have to overly explain what I wanted, he instantly understood. Will definitely contact this company for any future work.

sales man came to house and explained about the type off windows we wanted. took all details and gave us a price that we agreed on. made arrangements to have them fitted in 3 weeks. just in time for winter coming. looking forward to having great windows without any drafts.

Friendly personnel. No hard sales. Fair pricing. Kept informed from start to finish. Doors are exactly what I asked for. Workmen clean, respectful and knowledgeable.
Would definately recommend. I dropped one star purely because the skip was a day late and workmen had to put the rubble onto their truck to remove

Gary and Adam did a brilliant job, both very friendly and helpful even gave advice on how to keep the sealant clean and advice on how to put back up the blinds and hekped sort out the old cables hidden under the old windows. I couldn't fault there work.

The whole team who looked after me in the run up to, fitting and after care of my new patio door were wonderful. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and I couldn't have asked for any better fitters. They were very nice and also professional. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner and I would recommend this firm to anyone.
The customer care has been brilliant. I will not hesitate to return when I need anymore replacement windows or doors. Thank you so much.
