I'm very happy with my doors, the team did a very thorough job.

I had a new external door and blown window glass fitted upstairs. John and Johnny, the fitters turned up on time, were polite and friendly. Tidied the area up when finished in super fast time no problems. Kim in the office also deserves a mention as she kept me up to date on progress and did a couple of follow-up calls to ensure everything was good. Can't fault the service from these people. Well done!

Replacement of two windows and a door in kitchen. Arrived when they said they would. Took about 2.5 hours to complete the job. Efficient and tidied up afterwards. Good attitude. Pleased with the work.

My order was 2 doors, firstly the salesmen said they use there own fitters which is not correct as they use subcontractors, if I had know this I wouldn't of went with budget windows. Once my doors arrived the fitters only fitted one door which was poorly fitted and the 2nd door frame was not the correct size. So then had to wait 6 weeks for the 2nd door which was fitted by Jonathan and Michael which was fitted correctly and at a high standard which then showed how bad the 1st door was fitted. Contacted the customer service and Kim was very helpful and arranged a refit of the 1st door which took just under 3 weeks. Michael and Jonathan completed the refit again at a high standard. The question I ask myself why was the doors fitted originally at the standard required. I was going to get a quote for my front door from budget but my experience with the company was not good . I would not recommend the company to anyone.

From the start everyone involved in the decision to go with Budget Windows was exactly what you would hope for, informative, straight forward, helpful and friendly. The fitters arrived on the time arranged and it was a joy to watch them, like a well oiled machine. They took time and pride to get the work just right.

1st class service from start to finish. Kim kept me updated at every step from quotation to completion. Great quality windows and door. Jonathan and Michael were excellent clean and tidy workers covering all carpets, beds and worktops where work was carried out. Very polite and courteous. Working none stop from 8.30am until 8pm going the extra mile to get the job finished. Would certainly recommend Budget windows to all.

Very happy with the installation

The installation was a professional job the fitters were clean and tidy there was no problem with that the fitters observed health and safety in there approach to the installation. The job was inspected by a manager immediately after installation. A great job done in a professional way thank you very much

Friendly fast and super efficient service, I was kept informed every step of the way by Kim, and nothing was too much for John and Johnny the window fitters who worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job.

No hassle straight forward process and price very fair

We have just had a phone call to say that the work that should have been completed 5 weeks ago, and had already been rescheduled unacceptably to this week, is now going to take place next week and split between the Monday and the Thursday/ Friday. This company continues to disappoint. They clearly take all your money at the start because they know they do an unacceptable job. If we hadn't paid I would be refusing at this point and just getting them to come and take the scaffolding down and finding someone else who can do a half way decent job. I'm only writing so many reviews to try and prevent people going through the same level of stress and inconvenience that my family has gone through.

Budget Windows has just replaced a window and a pedestrian door on my garage. The process was painless. Quotes were received promptly, and the work was booked in and completed as scheduled. I'm very happy with the work and the customer care. The work has been checked by a manager, and a very small issue was fixed on the spot. The only thing I wasn't 100% happy with was having to pay up front for the work. I wasn't aware I had to do this (I had paid a deposit the same day I accepted the quote and thought this was adequate). It should have been made clear that payment is due approximately two days before the work is scheduled. The Home Network Group (which is the parent company) has also called to ensure I was happy with the work and forwarded warranties and insurance documents. The customer care has been exceptional.

The team turned up punctual set up and worked thoroughly and efficiently keeping the work area clean and tidy all the way through the installation. They where very polite and friendly. The experience from budget window's was great from start to finish thank you to all departments involved in my installation.

Please avoid this company like the Plague

From having issues from day 1 with the lock on the door and the whole locking system they still haven’t fixed the issue. They have already been once to fix it, but I am still having issues. I then called them and they booked me in for two weeks time to fix it! Can you believe I’d have to wait that long. The appointment was for the 27/05/25 guess what? No body turned up. I then got a call and a voicemail was left the next day to ask how the appointment went! I don’t know what planet these people live on. When I tried to call back to speak to someone guess what again? No body picks up the phone. I will not be contacting them anymore instead I will report them to trading standards and Ombudsman and get my money back!

Please don’t use this company you will be so disappointed and frustrated

From start to finish l couldn't fault the company in any way.
From initial sales person to surveyor to fitting. Everything was exceptionally good the fitters came on time and worked non stop they were polite friendly and efficient. They cleaned up when they finished. The contact with customer service was very good with phone calls keeping me informed prior to fitting, and a follow up call afterwards by a very friendly and helpful lady.
