Professional job from start to finish. From Joe in sales that came and did the initial call out to Joe and Jamie who did the work on the day, communication was excellent. Scope of work was laid out beforehand. Work on the day was collaborative with each step being explained clearly. The subsidence work is a great outcome for our old property with sinking piers. The Buildfix team worked over two days. Joe and Jamie on the first day raising the house, and George and Kyle on the second day installing the bars and repairing the cracks. I have to say that the job exceeded my expectations, especially the repair work. The cracks were big! All guys were lovely to deal with, on time and super tidy with the equipment and clean up afterwards. Thanks so much!

Great team to work with. Have done resin injection and wall crack fix using HelicalBar. Buildfix team (Joe, Jack, Harrison and Luke) are professional and very easy approachable and explain everything clearly. Joe did the first site inspection and quotation and he explained what need to be done clearly, he is also very responsive. Jack and Harrison did the resin injection and they explained what will be done prior to the works on site. I asked them many questions during the process and they explained with patience and always smiling. Luke did the wall crack repair. He also very approachable and easy to talk to. He’s very detail and completed the job tidy and neat. He also help out with the gap filling near the angle bar to my window frame due to the crack before. All this is completed under 40 degree heat today. Much appreciated to whole Buildfix Team.

Buildfix sent Pedro, a very personable and thorough Structural Engineer to assess our subsidence issue, followed by Andy who located and inspected all the drainage around the house. The injection process was completed by Kurt and Jared. I have to say that every one of them were very knowledgeable as well as friendly and approachable, and they all made a great effort to explain in detail the entire process. The result is very impressive with a 7mm lift and doors now fitting properly. I have no hesitation in giving Buildfix and their team the highest possible recommendation

Luke Carter was a wonderful worker, so hardworking, professional and kind. Felt safe leaving my house in his care.

Joe and Jamie did our job. I usually don't do reviews, but these guys were excellent. Our job wasn’t that easy. They had a good deal of figuring out to do to get our floor level. All their explanations to me were to easy to understand and seemed logical to me. I liked that ‘No Bullshit’. Top of the Class boys.

Luke and John did a lot of work on the house over two days. They were prompt, pleasant and efficient and explained all details.

I am going to hold off on my review for now, and see what happens in a few month, cracks between windows and brick wall still remain, a little less but did not closed all the way, Have spent alot of money but can see very little results, should have done more home work.

We had a 1,8mtr high brick and rendered fence approx 20mtrs in length with an acute lean which really needed to be knocked down and replaced, which would have cost in the vicinity of $30k we then thought we would try Buildfix to see if they could straighten and secure the fence. Ryan came out and did the job which I honestly thought impossible,but to my dismay Ryan performed a miracle and shifted the leaning fence back in position and secured it perfectly and we have a 20year warranty as well for the full cost of $6600 incl gst. All the staff at BuildFix have been A+ professionals, from initial quote to Jamie and Luke who did a great job on fixing my house subsidence today. Not only did they fix the problem, they also arrived on time, communicated really well, were a joy to deal with, and left the place clean! 10 out of 10 .

Jack & Harrison did a great job rectifying our subsidence. They were on time, communicated well, walked us through the job, taking time to explain each step. And they really cared about getting the best possible outcome. The foundation of our house came nicely back to the designated level and our wall crack closed nicely.

A day later, Luke & John came and set Helibars to distribute the structural load and then patched the the job up colour matching the brick. Again, on time, good communication, walk through the job and debrief.

End result, you wouldn't be able to tell that the house was subsided and had a cracked wall. And that 20 years warranty means peace of mind. Thank You!

From start to finish buildfix was very easy to communicate with. Booking the initial appointment with Irene and then Chris the engineer was very informative about the process and easy to get in touch with after our appointment as I had a couple more questions to ask him. Then after booking the job in everything went to the time schedule. Jamie and Joe did an excellent job, Jamie explained everything that they intend on doing before they started and kept me informed through the hole job. Very easy to communicate with and they explained things very well. Well done guys.
