George and Kyle occupied a large part of our house for three days. Their application and attention to all details was appreciated. They were skilled, competent, diligent and considerate.
Full marks and thanks to the both for an all round first rate job.

From start to finish, Buildfix were kind, considerate, and most importantly they were upfront. George, Kyle, Sam, and Chris were all wonderful to deal with and the house is more secure and comfortable for their efforts.

Our first interaction with Buildfix didn’t go as planned. We are based over 2hrs from their office and they were reluctant to come out and inspect/quote our house. However, a few months later and we were on track to having our house stabilised!

The technicians arriving is where our experience with Buildfix went from good, to amazing! Sam and Joe were incredibly friendly and so helpful. They ran us through the whole process from start to finish, they told us what we should expect and explained each step of the process clearly. They did an amazing job with the injections, they were thorough and they made sure everything was done perfectly! We are so impressed with the finished product and the service we got from these gentlemen.

Can’t recommend this team highly enough, and the finished product is definitely worth it! It’ll be nice to see them venturing from Sydney with more business out of area in the future and we are grateful that they made the decision to come and help us so far from their home town.

Buildfix has done a great job in ensuring the structure is done properly. Not only they did what they intended to do. They also went extra to patched up holes and gap in the wall and floor to make sure they look nice.

My wife and I were assisted by Sam & Joe from Buildfix in relation to some issues we were having with our house. It was a big problem for us - causing a lot of concern. I recently had foundation repairs completed by Buildfix, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience from start to finish.

The process began with Russell, the structural engineer, who impressed me with his deep knowledge and clear explanation of the subsidence issues affecting my home. He took the time to make sure I understood everything, which gave me great confidence moving forward.

Next came Michael, the plumber, who located all underground utilities before repairs began. He was not only highly professional but also very friendly and reassuring — his attitude made a big difference when I was feeling overwhelmed. From that point on, I knew I was in good hands.

The repair team, Alberto and Elliott, did an amazing job. They worked with care and precision, kept me updated every step of the way, and left the site clean and tidy. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things properly truly stood out.

I also want to thank Judy, the job coordinator, who made the communication process seamless. Everything was organised efficiently, and I was kept informed at every stage without needing to chase anything up.

What started as a stressful situation became a smooth and reassuring experience thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of the Buildfix team. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with foundation issues.

George and Kyle repaired the cracks on my garage rendered walls beautifully. Communication was great. They installed the HelicalBar to the slots with care. They also patched up all the cracks at the end and make the surface pretty smooth. Quality workmanship and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The buildfix team is amazing! I have an issue of subsidence which resulted for the walls to crack. From the start, Chris the structural Engineer explain everything with ease. Laid out the plan and what needs to be done. Patiently answering every question I asked and providing options on other concerns. Jordan and Jake are both great! Came on time of the repair for the application of Geopoly. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explaining every detail as we go to the process. Irene was very helpful in the field of communication. Emailing and coordinating with the technician when to come, who will do the work and what will be done is great communication by the the team. Luke, George and Damian knows every aspect of wall crack stitching. We'll mannered and polite in dealing with customer. They explain the whole process while doing the job with ease. Connor the plumber is magnificent. He went above and beyond not just bu locating pipes so the subsidence team know where to apply it, but he even fix a broken pipe for us upon locating one. Joe the Structural Engineer followed up everything once the job is done and even assessed and placed markers so that in an unexpected event, they'd know what needs to be done. Very happy with the buildfix team. I would definitely recommend them 100%. Great job to all of the team. We had work done recently and are so happy with professionalism of their staff. I contacted Chris the other day as we were worried about another crack not related to the previous work Chris came today and reassured us it was ok. Highly recommend Buildfix!

Buildfix certainly deserves our praise! They are such a great team and the results were amazing! We were impressed from the very first visit and from that point forward, everything just flowed smoothly until the job was completed.

The team were very friendly, polite, well presented and were at all times very professional. They were punctual and always cleaned up at the end of each day.

The video that they recorded for us of our floor lifting up and into position was quite incredible to see! The cracks in our brickwork simply vanished after their work was completed! With their colour matching skills and new pointing, it is now hard for us to remember exactly where the helical bars were inserted and the repointing repairs were made.

Both the subsidence correction team and wall crack repair team demonstrated an attention to detail, going above and beyond in fine tuning and double checking that everything had been finished off well! At all times we could live in our home without much interference while the job was being completed. They listened and showed initiative, informing us of what was going on at each stage.

The fixed price was exactly that, no matter how much Geopoly filler was required. Well done guys! We’re very happy customers and we highly recommend Buildfix!!

Crew were polite and efficient, explained everything as they went. Arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy.

Fixed the massive cracks on the external brick wall , which was caused by subsidence for a period of nearly 40 years. They injected alot of GeoPoly resin under the foundation, then finished the work by inserting 4 helical bars embedded in the brick work , almost like giving the wall no chance of cracking for a long time.
Damien did a good job inserting the helical bars, and Luke did an excellent job regrouting and repointing the bricks, making the wall look brand new again.
I am very satisfied with buildfix and the whole team that worked on the job.

I had massive cracks in the garage walls. After having the walls underpinned by Buildfix, Terry and Corey came to repair the cracks. They did an excellent job and they were great to deal with. They even went above and beyond their job by adding an extra row of helix reinforcing bars. Great job.

Another great job done from the Buildfix lads. This time George and Kyle fielded my questions with patience and humour.

We had a crack in our wall, which required one side of our garage being lifted and insertion of helical bars into the wall. This required two teams (George and Kyle, and Aiden and a team mate who I feel bad forgetting their name ...) coming by to complete the job over two seperate days. The end result was amazing. Both sides of the wall fit back together like a jigsaw piece and the patch up job was immaculate. They even filled the gap in the brick work to make it look like part of the brick itself! Both teams were punctual, courteous and gave us a thorough explanation of how the job would be done, and did a great clean up afterwards - great customer service. We could not be happier and we will definitely be recommending BuildFix to others.
