Extremely happy to see my laundry room base sinking issue has been fixed perfectly. A huge thank you to Joe and Jamie. They arrived on time today as planned and explained the work they were going to do in detail. The entire process was very professional and smooth. All our concerns were quickly put to rest and the repairs turned out even better than we expected.

Excellent Job Buildfix!!
The Buildfix experience was great from the initial quote by Bruno to the works being completed by Andy, Sam and Quentin. Our front steps and a side concrete slab were subsiding causing a wall to crack and allowing water ingress. Bruno provided a lump sum quote regardless of the amount of material needed, this guarantee of the final price was not offered by other companies that quoted. Andy was very thorough in locating all the existing services (electrical and piping) around the house. Sam discussed the progress with us as the resin was being placed and was very knowledgeable about the impacts on the existing slabs.
Everyone was helpful, friendly and competent in their jobs. Would highly recommend.

This is the most efficient company we have ever dealt with. The communication was excellent and explained thoroughly by Bruno and Pedro. We had complete confidence. Andy checked the pipes and informed us. Jared and Kurt were the technicians and they were polite and kept us fully informed, step by step. Lastly Ryan fixed our brickwork. You can barely notice it. Great job.

Outstanding Customer Service
Buildfix were fabulous to work with every step of the way. Judy was wonderful and organised everything very efficiently. I was even able to get the work completed earlier as promised due to a cancellation. The Engineers, Russell and Elliot completed a thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. The Services Inspector Michael D was meticulous in ensuring the job would not be hampered in any way and the team on the day being Mike, Colin, and Brad were absolutely fantastic. Great experience with the BuildFix team
Everybody was super easy to talk to and really know their stuff. I know nothing about construction/building/engineering but both the engineer (Bruno) and technicians (Kurt) translated everything for me to help me understand what was going on. They answered all of my questions quickly and made me feel confident in the process.

Jared and Luke were great
Jared and Luke were great at explaining the process and kept me updated throughout. Would be awesome if Buildfix had plumbers to assist in rectifying the water drainage issue Buildfix identified but at least I now know the next project I need to complete
