Faultless service every step of the way
From initial contact until the delivery of the car the whole process was made simple. Once the specification of what we wanted was agreed, with feedback on what was and wasn't likely to be a sticking point, sourcing the car we wanted was underway. Further discussion along the way meant our expectations were managed. Excellent service with a personal touch

Wow what a service
Wow what a service from Ross and Team Burcham! This has been a real first for me allowing someone into my world of buying cars but I felt a requirement when spending a lump of the kids inherence! Beyond expectations!
The team at Burcham provided a service beyond expectations. I’ve never previously considered using a car finding service but they came well recommended. The whole process was very professional and they dealt with every aspect of the process in a timely manner. I ended up with exactly the car I wanted at a good price and all the hassle was taken out by Burcham. Including dealing with my part exchange. I would highly recommend this company and will do so to my friends.

Trustworthy and friendly
Ross and the team provided a faultless experience when purchasing a very tidy and well presented Golf R.
From my initial enquiry to collection day, the service and communication was excellent. As described, the car was perfect and immaculate on collection and Ross was very welcoming making the whole process really enjoyable.

Great car, sourced & delivered port of arrival
When moving back to the UK there were a thousand and one things to sort out. Ross and the team ensured that deciding on, finding, buying and delivering a car were all done by the time we arrived. Ross helped narrow our choices and sourced a great car. Having it delivered to the port for us to get straight in to and drive to our new house was fantastic. And having the kids’ car seats ready to install was ideal. Very happy with the service, will use again and would recommend. Thanks to the whole Burcham Team.

An epic team of genuinely kind people.
Ross, Connor, Fran and Larry (the spaniel) make an epic team. From the first enquiry, to driving away in the new motor, the experience was genuinely enjoyable. There was no pressure, no judgement (ok, maybe a little judgement when I gave the new car a name...) and above all absolute sincerity. First class experience.
Ross understood exactly what my priorities were and found the perfect car. And I know that he got back to the original owners to tell them how delighted I was with the car they had sold. An all round first class customer service, hopefully making everyone happy.
