Puchased their Perla Silk S Wifi product. Customer services advised that the Android App would allow me to control the unit remotely. duplicating the screen and buttons on my phone. As I have limited access to the unit (only side access), this seemed ideal. But the WiFi features are VERY limited, only provide status info from the unit. NO CONTROL FEATURES PROVIDED. This makes the WiFi functions useless.

Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Have contacted company several times, however ignored on each occasion.

They are a greedy, scrupulous, ignorant company.

Avoid for your water cooler requirements.
I was a long standing customer of BWT.
During that time I had to chase consistently to have our machines sanitised and the filters changed, despite the contract stating they would attend every 6 months.
When asked, they could only attend the offices on Fridays - when our business is not open.
When I complained they then provided a worksheet to 'show' that they had already attended on a month before on a Tuesday (?!) which was not true as I did not leave the office that day. Highly unprofessional.
I would recommend that you AVOID using BWT, there are many other more reputable companies out there with great customer services.
Now I look, I see that they only have a 2 star rating - this does not surprise me.

We have a BWT Cosmy pool robot. Frankly its rubbish. Its never been able to complete a clean cycle without requiring restarting many times over. Further, it has not ever cleaned the complete area of pool either during one or over several clean cycles, nor does it clean the waterline or steps. We have returned it to BWT (Space Industries) who have had it for about a month and are still waiting for the product to be repaired or replaced. In the meantime no cleaning for the pool. I would suggest you avoid this product as it simply doesn't work as it should, and the service support is far from adequate.

worst customer service, booked engineer for survey confirmed me around 7pm in the evening next day got call from customer team that he is not coming in i have booked time off everything waste they don't have any answer why they have cancelled the appointment. looks like only one person running the show he doesn't care. reading the review here i think i have taken best decision not going with this crap company.

Purchased one of the BWT water softeners in January and its now July and it still isn't producing soft water. Have had many visits by their service engineer and the only thing he has said is to install a certain type of ball valve in our cold water tank in the loft as our water pressure is too low. Our plumber came round and said he wouldn't install that particular valve as it's against water board regulations and anyway, it wouldn't increase the flow as we already have a full flow valve. Not happy with it at all. If this water softener doesn't work in our area (Herts) due to low water pressure they should tell people that!

Had problems from day one with Water Softener. I even had to take the electrics apart over the phone. They would not come out, know stopped working, out of warranty so they will come out but charge £120. Complained and they just said that the price. Joke.

Do not waste money on this company.
No customer service or support.
No other water softener company will touch or service a BWT.
Spent best part of £1000 & might as well thrown the money in the bin.
Have to replace now due to no support.

BWT have the worst customer service and in-house processes. No body is on the same page in the company. The water coolers are ugly and the big bottles take up lots of space as it takes them so long to pick them back up.

My BWT water softener was supplied with 15mm connection hose kit. 15mm refers to the connection size and the bore which is very much smaller 3-4 mm. BWT technical advise, that to serve two showers it needs to be 22mm 3/4 in connections, with our main pressure. BWT could not change these even though they agreed that that they offered 15mm and supplied a very much smaller bore. The supplier 'Buyaparcel'. (Godfreys in Lowestoft) could not change the installation pack and suggested that I purchase 22mm connections from my local Merchants. The pressure loss figures given on the Specification sheet are with the hoses not fitted. This is poor supply by BWT and poor service by the supplier.

Sadly, as other reviews... BWT quick to take payments but the minute you need an engineer... you get, the person who deals with that is busy and will call you back.

Despite three calls to ‘the person’, still waiting for that call...

I'd give this company zero stars if possible. Placed the order through Amazon and the delivery promptly fell into a black hole. Called BWT who told me they had shipped it but could not confirm when or where! Eventually got through to DPD who had an initial notification but never received it from BWT.

THEY NEVER SENT IT! but seemed quite happy to charge me for it! Truly appaling customer service and if that how they treat people trying to buy one of their products, God knows what their after sales service must be like!

Best Water Technology. Their name defines their vision. Pity it doesn't define their customer service.
Appalling to say the least. Was told an engineer would be assigned by the scheduling manager to fix a problem we were having and we'd be called back. No call back came.
Chased this to discover the reported problem hadn't even been recorded so no action was being taken. Chased again after another no call back, to be told the scheduling manager was in a meeting and would call back when he was out. Still no call.
Chased again to say the water deliver guy would fix it on his next scheduled delivery.
When he arrived he knew noting about it!!!

Excellent customer service - I spoke to Jess, she was really helpful and called me back straightaway when our water machine broke down due to limescale. She couldn't have been more helpful, and is sending an engineer to replace our machine.

Dreadfully poor designed water softeners.
In house valve design which does not last and you now cannot purchase spare parts - company engineer must attend and fix at ridiculously high cost.
Technical help was wrong.
Numerous similar reports on other review sites.
Do not waste your cash and buy one of these units.
