SCAM - Avoid!!!

Scam website that has now been taken down. Ordered a Ps5 for my daughter and it did not arrive. Customer service responded to a couple of emails then no response.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! YES they have ps5s in stock! YES they are happy to take your money! YES they will reply to you first couple off times. But after waiting for so long they DO NOT REPLY! You mention REFUND..NO REPLY A lot off money to loose so have to report them to the bank. Yes they have good reviews on this site but you should look at the others!!! NOTHING BUT BAD REVIEWS.. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

SCAM! Do not order from website.
Again like previous genuine reviews on here ordered a PS5 a month ago and still haven't received.

Ordered 2 printers for our nhs health centre on the 19/04, no response from anyone, website has disappeared, clear scam, reported to our fraud team, our banks fraud team and done a charge back through the bank! Disgusting people

Guaranteed SCAM even their website along with the domain name have now vanished from the internet and nowhere to be found.

Brought a PS5 16th May, been fobbed off ever since. Endless promises of going to dispatch week after week and nothing. Come to find their phone number and the website has been removed. Gathered information to show bank and prove they are scammers. Getting money back from bank. Can see that the good reviews being posted here are lies, the website has been down for days so clearly nobody ordered anything and got next day delivery. Paying people off to write good reviews is desperate but well done for stealing thousands of pounds.

Ordered Ps5 £446.99 - showing in stock on 27 April. Subsequently warned about this merchant. Cancelled order and asked for a refund. Their reply email stated this would be made through their transaction intermediary RapydPayments. Now June and no refund still. Seeking chargeback via credit card. Meanwhile package sent from China and with tracking number. This is showing as delivered... Checked with Royal Mail - delivered to address in Wimbledon. I live in Cheshire. The picture of a package shows a jiffy bag! Cleary not a Ps5.

Now their website has been taken down!

Ordered a printer for £144.00 on 12th May. Many emails and phone calls later I have just called my bank to begin getting the money back on credit card. Its a scam so up to you if you want to risk it............I see the positive reviews and now believe they are fake. The website has gone from search so I can’t ring them anymore. So cross.

Made an order on the 8th May, its now the 7th June & ive had nothing... every email has fobbed me off saying the same thing. Be careful if thinking of ordering from here!!!!

Bought a PS5 3 weeks ago, paid and never received the PS5 like many people and now website is offline.

I am asking for a emergency refound directly with the bank.

This company sent me EarPod £10 instead of PS5 £402.29. I did contact their customer service in which they confirmed it is wrong item posted to me and it will be collected and my money will be refunded. But when my credit card contacted them, they answered to my credit card that item has been posted???!!! So they can not refund???!!!
Certainly, it is clear that this business is a scam and all should avoid buying anything from this company.
All they do is delaying the refund so they can get away with it.

Ordered a rtx 3070, it never turned up and they stopped responding after I requested a refund, and the site has now gone offline

Like so many others, I have also been scammed by bygamers. Wish I’d read these reviews first. I am fairly sure the positive reviews are fraudulent as well. I parted with approx £450 for a PS5 for my son’s birthday. Needless to say it did not arrive. Now I have noticed that the website has disappeared. I fear they may just change names when people get to know their reputation and continue their scams under a different name. I sincerely hope these scumbags get caught and punished.

Made a console order, delivery was supposed to be within 8-12 days. 2 weeks later still no dispatch or tracking info and no response from company, so appears to be a scam

Warning. Do not buy from them. I ordered a ps5 and it never arrived. A load of promises but nothing. All I asked for was a refund. I never got it. I reported it to the credit card company. They didn’t answer the phone, I rang loads of times. I don’t even want to give them 1 star as that would be too good. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The emails come through as T-Force, no idea why or what it is. The emails don’t seem to be in good English. Stay away. Ignore what ever response they put to this review. They basically stole from me.

These guys are an absolute SCAM. I ordered a PS5 on the 13/05/2022 which showed 'in stock' so when I got the e-mail ordering confirmation which said 8 to 10 days I immendiately cancelled and received an e-mail confirming this and told I would be refunded in 3 to 5 working days. This has not happened and I have now noticed their website has gone also. After 3 weeks still no refund so have notified VISA for a chargeback but these guys will definately try again and now I am watching for them !!!
