Seriously avoid these scamming clowns. Ordered a PS5 last month and got nothing. They gave me a parcel tracking number and I followed it all the way from China to the UK. Got a message that the delivery was unsuccessful, but when I got home there was no Failed delivery Card. The reason was it was never my tracking number as it was collected from Slough 1pm the following day, I live in Staffordshire. I have contacted them frequently and they always respond with empty promises. Doubt I'll even get the refund they promised. Lucky it was purchased on a credit card so protected against these criminals. If criminals is unacceptable then would scamming deceitful rogues be more suitable

tl;dr: They drop-ship from China, when the item failed to arrive they claimed the parcel had been assigned an incorrect tracking number, and when I started asking for a refund they Amazon Primed it to me at a price substantially more than I had paid them. None of this makes any sense. Avoid.

I ordered a Ps5 and tracked it after it said delivered (not my address) seen the proof of delivery and its was a small package I have messaged them and they said they will give me full refund in 3-10 working days and on there payment site it said 2-3 working days and I still not received my refund
Ordered on the 28/04/2022

Ordered a gaming chair, checked tracking and it said item was delivered. Looked closer and a package no bigger than a hand was delivered, and not even to my address. Chased it up with the company, was told I'd have a new tracking number by Monday and delivery by thursday. Monday came and nothing, checked with them again and they said delivery by Thursday, their facebook messenger however said it hadn't been dispatched and I'd have to wait another 2 weeks. Asked for refund, got an email that said the order was cancelled with a £0.00 refund. If I have to I'll file a chargeback, but so far I'd say avoid this company completely. All their items appear to be shipped direct from China, and I noticed neither google or facebook allows reviews for this company,

I ordered a gaming screen which on face value looked all ok. When it turned up it was the wrong power source. It had a 2 pin plug! I'm based in the UK and its not going to be compatible. I informed the support email and was told someone would get back to me after talking to inventory. Nothing back and sent chaser emails with no response!

Update;
Since writing the original review the customer support has been excellent. They have refunded me and sent me my order the next day. If they were this efficient to begin with it would have been 5 stars.

Do not use!
I ordered a racing wheel on March 27th, it had a stated delivery estimate of 6-10 days, it still has not arrived. Like other people on here I had a tracking order, it was coming directly from China (which it did not say on the website anywhere). When the thing finally arrived it was a computer mouse. I have contacted them many times and all I get is that the item will be sent in the next x days, sorry for the long wait.
I have now looked up the address listed on their website for their 'store', it is a house in Telford, no store to be seen.

Fraudulent. Goods did not arrive. Do not use

Excellent customer service and excellent prices! Slight hiccup with delivery (wrong tracking number) but after contacting them my order was delivered the following day.
Would definitely use them again in the future.

MASSIVE SCAM

Bought a graphics card via them having made contact with them first to ask about their pricing and company as they seemed very new and the item was cheaper than elsewhere. They seemed genuine.

They finally sent an item and gave us tracking details, the item that arrived was a Bluetooth dongle!! My bank are now getting my money back!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Ordered from a U.K. company, for fast delivery, then later realised this was being shipped from China.
Fake tracking number received (item went to a different named person, at an address that was in a town miles and miles away).

Since realising something was not right, I have found multiple reviews of the exact same experience. All April 2022!
This company has scammed so many people and will no doubt soon close this company and start another, to do the same!
Companies House says this company was only set up in March 2022.

Money gone and no item received.

Please do not use this company. Total scam. Ordered a gaming card. Firstly it wasn`t stated that it was coming from China. Anyway, tracking showed it delivered to an address in Cardiff(I`m in Scotland). They said another would be dispatched. Tracking showed it in Glasgow then the next day back in London. Needless to say it didn`t arrive....but a few days later a computer mouse did. Looking on-line several other people have had the same experience, receiving a mouse instead of the gaming card they ordered. Now doing claimback from credit card company and have contacted the local Police Force to raise a report of Fraud.
